This cape as pins to attach to the sleeve, back, or strap of your outfit. You can take the cape off and just use the statement piece alone as well.
PLEASE BE GENTLE WITH THE JEWELRY/CHAINS AS IT CAN BREAK IF PULLED TOO HARD. Also be mindful to not lose any pieces and make sure you return the cape & jewelry piece.
